@SimplyTracie There are also hikes along the Na Pali coast in Kaua’i that are a bit like the top photo in your initial post....but not with any stairway.

There is something just a little off somehow, about that photo. :)
I had the pleasure of spending some time on that island, many years ago. I even have a picture of myself on a high overlook, but nowhere NEAR so close to the edge..gives me vertigo just looking at the picture.
