I Feel I Should Keep My Feelings Hidden

Because whenever I open up, I become the bad person and be portrayed as a 'victim', when that isn't the case at all. I've gone nearly a year bottling up my emotions, to finally release how I feel... to then be criticized in what I feel.

It doesn't have to be with people, think of ways that suits you to channel your emotions out regularly. I do get looked at as a victim, but that's not what bothers me, it's the bad feeling of guilt/regret that I burdened the other person with my heavy weight drama.
