Sometimes so very confusing by its minutae, which philosophy do you so very readily identify with?

If it’s not science, it’s superstition. A claim must be able to stand on its own evidence.

@BlueSkyKing You mean thoughts either relate to empirical facts (for which there is evidence), or they are meaningless?
@helenS Science is a method used to describe the natural universe. It makes models that are base on evidence that is detectable, measurable, and testable. Repeatedly and by anyone.

@BlueSkyKing Her post was about philosophy, not physics.
@helenS I embrace reality and don’t go believing for belief's sake. Works for me.

@BlueSkyKing How about mathematical logic? It does not relate to any fact about the world at all.
@helenS Unqualified to give you an answer for that. I’m no mathematician and not into philosophy or philosophers. Just my own thinking and I can be wrong.

I did look at the huge Wikipedia article on Wittgenstein briefly. Never knew about him.

@BlueSkyKing Wittgenstein doesn't present finished thoughts which are ready to be swallowed. Rather he will make you think.
