Not much. Between insomnia and the heat, I only did laundry, cooked Sunday dinner and washed the dishes. Otherwise, I have been trying to beat the heat by sitting in front of the fan, listening to soft piano jazz and sipping raspberry lime Spindrift.

Woke up, jogged 😣, talked to my Father🤗, want to Church 🤗, spoke with my Child🤗,went to the Office, came home.. now I am here after eating. 🙂

I was watching u.s. open but had to run a few errands. Have it taping on dish hopper so will finish watching when I get home later.
