@SW-User sorry I meant that I did ask my coworker very directly why they asked me to calm down. Did they not think what I was saying and the emotion in which I was conveying it was valid? That’s when they went into defense mode and lied saying, “oh I meant calm down to the guy on the phone”. Lie bc she whispered it to me and did a hand motion...how would someone on the phone hear and see that?

@SW-User exactly! It’s like stop worrying about my emotions and start listening to what I’m saying. If you heard me, then you’d understand the overall frustration.
