Why is it racist to ask people to have id to vote?
Not trying to cause a fuss or anything but I feel like I must be missing something as a lot of the reasons people are saying could be describing anyone's circumstances...

I think the theory often centers on the notion that there's a cost to get most IDs and or a need to have a paper trail of supporting documents that would end up being a burden for a number of people to have/get/keep.
