Hate Public Affection

I'm kind of glad that my brother girlfriend is gone back home for the rest of the holiday. They couldnt keep there hands off each other. My brother was cuddling her but stroking her leg and her butt. Then he would get in her face and kiss her face around. I dont mind if there is a little bit affection shown. But too much makes me and my other family members uncomfortable. I realize that they are in love but sometimes there are times where it is to much.

Oh definitely, that seems like too much. A little peck and hand holding is appropriate for public in my opinion
GreenNatured95 · 26-30, F
@iamnikki agree

Yeah I agree. Even I don't feel comfortable if a guy was displaying public affection to me.

Sounds like you're just jealous
GreenNatured95 · 26-30, F
@MURD3RM0NK3Y Not really. Just need them to tone it down a bit. Me and my parents and other brother agree. They can kiss, hold hands and cuddle but touching butts and getting into each other faces can make us uncomfortable. But we ignore instead. Knowing if my grandparents were around they wouldn't act that way.

They're probably not as happy as they appear, because most people that show off like that are seeking validation from others...

Butt grabbing in front or relatives is a NO NO 😂 but I’m fine with people kissing and hugging in front of me.

[c=#002673]I get it. I think affection in public is fine but there are limits and boundaries as well. [/c]

@Virgo94 agree

they should not do that in front of family, save it for elsewhere

You can borrow this
GreenNatured95 · 26-30, F
@Adamski24 lol thanks

No it's not too much. Once you get to that place, you'll understand.
GreenNatured95 · 26-30, F
@eMortal I'm not into public affection like that especially in front family members
eMortal · M
@GreenNatured95 it's called PDA. Public Display of Affection. Google it.
GreenNatured95 · 26-30, F
@eMortal overly/ too much PDA is not necessary. They should go into another room if that is whats going to go on
Donotfolowme · 51-55, F
Yikes!!! I love pda its basically showing love n affection irrespective of the location BUT there are boundaries/ limits and on top its a matter of being respectful/rude. ☝ That sorta behavior isn't acceptable.
GreenNatured95 · 26-30, F
I’m surprised no one in your family has said to them, “Geez, get a room !”
GreenNatured95 · 26-30, F
@bijouxbroussard we just look way. When they werent in the room we said that same phrase
