Do you have that one family member that cannot get through a funny story without laughing?

My cousin was like that. She lived with my parents when they had me up until I was 4. Whenever I'd gone to visit here she'd always try to tell me about that time but I couldn't understand her she was laughing all the way through it. "You were a funny little bugger" hahaha "when you" hahaha "hit your brother" hahaha "you had black eyes for a week."
