So I took a medication that helps with dry mouth, with sweating as a side effect

...it's cold and despite me being in 2 blankets and under more covers, I feel like I've just gotten out the shower sitting in front of a fan 😖
Miserable.

I've taken this med for about a week. First time I'm getting the sweat side effect 🤔
I find that in this day, people usually run to the dr first, it is actually a better idea and gentler on the body to seek nature first.. their are natural remedys for any irritation a person can have. The plants are way more in harmony with your body's system and will function better with you than playing a roulette game with harsh chemicals..

It sounds like your having an accumulative build up of something in your body that it wants to push out.. home remedys usually come way cheaper as well, bypassing the dr visit cost and the rx cost. Nature has supported us since the dawn ofvmans existence. I'm confident a Google search would produce a list of remedys you could try cheaply, and would even sound logical to you.

Get well, wishing you a speedy recovery.. you'll be fine but definitely dont take it again expecting a different result, the next time might be more severe.

@Jdanielb I have several underlying conditions. But thank you

I felt that way this afternoon like I was coming down with something. Made some spicy chicken soup with lemon juice and ate a bowl of it and went to sleep. At least the cold chills have gone away. I didn’t sleep much the last 3 nights because I started drinking green tea in late afternoon and it keeps me awake.

@cherokeepatti That was my first thought, "im getting sick" but then I remembered that I had taken that pill 30-60 minutes prior and had a bath. It was very uncomfortable being under 3 layers of covers, sweating and shivering

@iamnikki I was feeling bad so I took a long, hot shower and then the cold chills started. I turned the heat up a bit but kept shivering, put on a fleece jacket and laid down under to blankets and it kept on. Got up and ate some soup and drank a ginger ale, went to bed early and I guess it healed me.

Because of your age I'm surprised you would need something like this. But I won't prob there's is obviously a reason for this...
I suggest that you review the side affect list because sweating will probably be on there.
With that being said you will need to see you Dr ASAP.
