You mean get fired for the dumbest things?
Wal-Mart is not a good job, nor is Wal-Mart a good company. The old saying "You get what you pay for" holds true in this instance.
I would think if someone were fired from Wal-Mart that it might be a blessing and learning experience. What in the world would you have to do to get fired from Wal-Mart, and if you did maybe you should be looking for a better job anyway.

@CesareBorgia yeh youre right. Im just pissed. I got bills to pay u know?
I can certainly understand that. But if you can deal with Wal-Mart, then you can certainly get a better job, where you would flourish and do better.
Wal-Mart is well known for treating their employees like complete shit, they ride on the backs of their employees, teaching them how to use government assistance, screwing them out of health care while they profit huge amounts. They are not so profitable because they are a good company at all, they are profitable because they don't pay their employees what they should.
Try working for a small business where the owner believes in taking care of good employees. You would be far happier. Or, eventually maybe, figure out what it is you love to do then turn it into a business. That's what I did, and honestly I could not be more happy.

Because the smart ones who do the work eventually ask for raises. They refuse the others and tell them to work harder maybe next time.
