I can’t sleep

I’ve been in bed for hours n I just can’t fall asleep. I’m used to sharing a bedroom and a bed with my sister, n ever since we moved in with my grandparents I haven’t been able to fall asleep at night, unless I go sleep in my sisters room or she comes in to my room...
We r twins n have been sharing a bed all our lives until now.
