It will be ok....Try laying on your back and focus on your breathing. Take a deep breath, hold it for 5-6 seconds, and exhale slowly. Start to focus on your body and begin relaxing each muscle group one by one starting with your neck and working your way down. Fully relax and let go of that muscle group and by the time you reach your feet you should be sound asleep :D If not I'm sorry and I hope you can find sleep some other way 馃
