I Want to Tell You Something

If you do not know: hormones rule some of your weightloss. Just so you know why you have fat knees, for example! 😀 Anyhow, it's true. My knees get fat when I don't sleep well... 😔

1. Muscles have tbe body work more efficiently. That's why weight training helps build muscle, then your BMI will go up, then you burn more calaries. (Female will never bulk like men, so many don't do weight training, yet it's the best to control weight)
2. Intermittent fasting, is your next best way to control weight. As your body will use your fat reserves. Some do, 8 to 16 hour gap, between meals. Then weight train, before you break your fast, to tap into fat reserves.
3. Food that is low GI, will help you feel full longer. Also helps the blood sugar levels. (Legumes, brown rice)

Fat knees, can be water retention.

That's true especially thyroid, but also you need to sleep well in order for you to recover from exercise and stress. If you aren't sleeping well then you will be prone to gaining weight. I have experienced this myself.
