Here in the USA they are minimal. A minor nuisance at times instead of overwhelming.
Problem is that in some parts of the world, the governments are not going to lift restrictions until the people demand it.
Do people really want to be prisoners in their own homes just because it is "safe"? Is that any way to live?

I will reluctantly carry on with restrictions, but after the 4 weeks is up we need to open up and get back to normal, we have been told we will have to live COVID for years and years, so we will have to live with it we can not keep living like this for the rest of our life ,
