I Can't Stop Crying

It may never go away. About the best thing you can do is find ways to cope with those feelings. When I get to feeling like that, I do whatever I can to exercise. If I can't for whatever reason, there's always deep breathing coupled with visualization. Both will take a lot of practice as I'm just starting out with that myself.
