I have been having a difficult time finding a job that I like, and getting hired in my desired field.

I have thought that maybe this is the 'universe' trying to tell me to move on, and create my own avenue. To be financially independent.
The only thing I keep thinking of to make that a reality is real estate investing.
I just don't have all the knowledge and tools necessary and don't really know where to get the help I need.

also a good friend of mine the other day was telling me now is a really good time to get grants for business loans. and she was telling me there are [b]tons [/b]of grants from the government that assist women and minority women.

@iamnikki if you are really serious about this hire a business advisor. they don't cost that much. what they do is ask you to pay twenty dollars for this or that and they will send you links to various tools that will help you. like my friend just got a text the other day from her advisor and it was a bunch of links for the minority women grants and she had to pay $40 to get them emailed to her

@iamnikki my friend found hers on instagram under the hashtag #businessadvisor and even she showed me the ladys post i noticed a lot of similar hashtags such as #business #sucessfulbusiness etc. i would start there.

twitter probably wouldn't be a bad idea either.
