I have been having a difficult time finding a job that I like, and getting hired in my desired field.

I have thought that maybe this is the 'universe' trying to tell me to move on, and create my own avenue. To be financially independent.
The only thing I keep thinking of to make that a reality is real estate investing.
I just don't have all the knowledge and tools necessary and don't really know where to get the help I need.
