I have been having a difficult time finding a job that I like, and getting hired in my desired field.

I have thought that maybe this is the 'universe' trying to tell me to move on, and create my own avenue. To be financially independent.
The only thing I keep thinking of to make that a reality is real estate investing.
I just don't have all the knowledge and tools necessary and don't really know where to get the help I need.

also a good friend of mine the other day was telling me now is a really good time to get grants for business loans. and she was telling me there are [b]tons [/b]of grants from the government that assist women and minority women.

@iamnikki i hadn't got a chance to look into it. my friend was telling me about it because i want to start an rv business after i finish my degree because i need that job security. i personally was going to literally look up "grants for women" and things like that. I would HIGHLY recommend you do the same. i like to watch successful business owners talk about how they got to where they were on youtube. it's pretty helpful believe it or not.

@iamnikki i think it's more about discernment. I understand what you mean when you say the videos were gimmicky 🤔 you just need to find the information that speaks to you
