My Rota at work has changed last week
It doesn’t really work with family life as I have 3 children and one grandchild that I pick up from school. I’m so upset and wonder if I should give in my notice.

If they are not willing to listen start looking for another place to work before leaving if you need the income.
Try to make temporary arrangements for your children to be picked up until new position becomes available.

Will your HR department be willing to sit down with you and discuss your issues. I thought employment law would help protect you in these situations?

Have you tried talking with them / explaining what the issue is? If it's falling on deaf ears, then certainly start hunting for another position elsewhere.

I talked with my manager over the phone as he’s not based where I’m working, he promised to sort something but nothing has been done@bigdaddy283
