My Rota at work has changed last week
It doesn’t really work with family life as I have 3 children and one grandchild that I pick up from school. I’m so upset and wonder if I should give in my notice.

Will your HR department be willing to sit down with you and discuss your issues. I thought employment law would help protect you in these situations?
