All my co-workers are married so at 5pm they all rush home. I think you can text then anytime after that and they will just respond when they get time. Voice calls is probably a bit different as they could be cooking dinner and doing other family things.
@AnonymouslyYours before 7 I would say! If they gave you their number it's probably okay to call! But try texting maybe that would be better someone already suggested that!
