I Love Italian and Mexican Food

It would be a dream come true to have my mom and my girlfriend's mom, both incredible cooks who excel at their own individual ethnic cuisine, cooking together to produce a smorgasbord of Mexican-Italian fusion dishes. Italy and Mexico joining forces in one kitchen to bring us the best of both worlds; what a glorious and delicious day that will be! Someday.
