I Am On New Weight Loss Plan

I seem to have plateaued. ..juicer in the morning. Carrot celery..apple kale etc..GNC lean powder supplement for snack..most weeks miss dinner...I'm a workaholic. .lost 20 lbs when I started this journey...but past 2 weeks no weight loss...not alot of information out there. Most require eating...oooooo I have 30 lbs left to go......anyone else in simular situation????

In a book called "Mastery" the author (whose name I've forgotten), which is not about weight loss but about goal accomplishment and achieving skill, he points out that it is on the apparent plateau that the most important work is being done. As my namesake says, "Overcoming others requires force. overcoming yourself requires enlightenment." Patience, steady work and seeking alternative ways (focus less on diet and more on physical activity, for example)are helpful.
