I Am On New Weight Loss Plan

I seem to have plateaued. ..juicer in the morning. Carrot celery..apple kale etc..GNC lean powder supplement for snack..most weeks miss dinner...I'm a workaholic. .lost 20 lbs when I started this journey...but past 2 weeks no weight loss...not alot of information out there. Most require eating...oooooo I have 30 lbs left to go......anyone else in simular situation????

RE not much of a food eater it should be the best bet. You only eat 500 calories per day on this diet.

My typical plan

Morning take my drops 30 minutes later have some tea and maybe an apple

Lunch take drops 30 minutes prior then have an apple and a couple pieces of deli turkey

Dinner drops 30 minutes prior and have vegies salmon or shrimp or lean meat. portions are outlined in the book
