I Am On New Weight Loss Plan

I seem to have plateaued. ..juicer in the morning. Carrot celery..apple kale etc..GNC lean powder supplement for snack..most weeks miss dinner...I'm a workaholic. .lost 20 lbs when I started this journey...but past 2 weeks no weight loss...not alot of information out there. Most require eating...oooooo I have 30 lbs left to go......anyone else in simular situation????

i have coworkers that have been on diet plans so from their stories and other anecdotes i've read about, it seems like when you first start, the shedding of pounds come easy and then you hit a plateau. you have to push pass that plateau as discouraging as it may seem at first.
