Should I ask my parents if they are upset with me?

Or should I just let it be?

My parents and my grandma don’t have the best relationship right now but I don’t get involved in there problems so I still see her all the time cause she is still my grandma. I notice after I visit her they give me the silent treatment which is childish I think but it upsets me a little. Should I text them?
