I Am In Pain Most of the Time

Every single day, I am in pain. Most days, I can’t get out of bed. I miss hanging out and going places. But because of my chronic pain, makes it difficult for me to enjoy myself. It’s also hard spending time with my kids. I can’t run and play with them, like kids want.

I had L5 fused, L4 is herniated. What are you doing for it?

@NaturalBeautyQueen the lower spine is called the Lumbar. The 2 lowest ones are L5,L4., connect to the sacrum. My disc blew out, the nerve pain was unbearable.
