I Exercise Regularly

For a long time, I've been taking whey protein supplement in conjunction with training, but lately, I've started making smoothies out of two eggs, peanut-butter, a banana, milk and honey, and I've been kind of feeling like it's been better, although it is more time consuming.

Maybe it is because you are not consuming chemicals, it's all natural and your body can feel the differences between a drink full of chemicals and a natural source of energy.
