I Exercise Regularly

At 32 I've been feeling like I'm fitter and in better shape than I was when I was 20, playing Rugby.

Although nearly 6'2'', back then I was kind of skinny, and hadn't really got into weight-lifting. I felt like I didn't really have the physique in terms of weight and/or muscle definition to play the game.

Later on, around 25, I got into weight lifting. Then, around 26, I started a lifestyle of intense exercise or physical training that has been on-going, kind of on and off I think, for the past 6 or so years.

Good for you ;) Keep up the good work. You do it for yourself.

@Casheyane Thank you! I think that otherwise I'd feel like I have less energy or I'd be less energetic; that it improves your quality of life.
