I Exercise Regularly

I decided to add Tabata workouts to my routine. Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) where each workout lasts for four minutes. For every exercise you push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for ten seconds. That is one set. You complete eight sets of each exercise, and as easy as Tabata may sound it really makes you sweat! I did a whole hour of Tabata and I am exhausted (I'm gonna feel sore in the morning)! I feel exhausted but happy I did it all! If you've never done Tabata yet, maybe you should give it a try :)

Sounds interesting, though I am not sure I am up to that yet. I've tried a bit of HIIT training one time, and it is tough. We shall see when I will tackle it again.
