I Exercise Regularly

I feel sore but in a very good way! Last Sunday and Monday's workout didn't go so well. I did the whole thing but I was low on energy and couldn't give it my all. I was kind of disappointed but I made up for it by putting in extra effort yesterday and the day before that. I feel amazing.

I lift weights, I do bodyweight workouts, and I also do cardio! Sometimes I jog, too!
