Girlfriend advice [I Need Advice]

Hi I need some advice I have this new girlfriend and we meet for first time yesterday and we used my hot tub and she wore a bikini and that is when I noticed she had a strange shape in her bikini bottoms I did not say anything we just talk and kissed in the hot tub and then after a couple of hours she went home and I now do not know what to do
