I need to know what just happened. What could It be? [I Need Advice]

Last night I was asleep and woke up to my blinds/sheers shaking... like a whole lot and very aggressive. I also felt my bed shaking beneath me. At this point I was terrified so I look up above me and the shadow above me of my bed began to become filled and like a fog or energy almost like heat waves.
