I Need Advice
Has anyone ever had whiplash? I got whiplash from a wreck I was in a year and a half ago. I went to the chiropractor for 3 months and it went away. Now it has flared back up and is painful. I hope it's not a chronic condition.

Mine went away for 30 years and has only just recently raised it's ugly head.
But, just one visit to the local chiropractor and it no longer bothers me.
When I had the accident (in 1980) that caused the whiplash, I was advised to have a diet including oily fish. I still have that diet today and it's completely eliminated any aches and pains, joint problems, back pain - you name it.
So I would highly recommend a diet rich in Omega3.
