I was surprised by how comfortable I still am around you. Just like old friends. By the end our friendship was stronger than our relationship anyway. I didn't think we'd be able to remain friends, I thought it would hurt too much because I know I'll never stop loving you. But yet again you proved me wrong... You never cease to amaze me.
Breaking up has actually improved our relationship, we get allong a lot better now than we did by the end of our relationship. It shows me that we did the right thing in moving on. We would have only destroyed eachother had we stayed together. We were holding eachother back, but now we can both get on with our lives.
You were an amazing lover and now you're an amazing friend. I appreciate all you have done for me and things are so much easier now without all that relationship bullshit. Last night you gave me the closure I had been yearning for. I can move on and live my life now. You gave me all I needed to let you go. Thank you.
