I Don't Drink Energy Drinks

I think almost every single one of them are disgusting. There was a time where my ex used to drink 2-3 cans of NOS a day, every day to keep him moving at work. 😳 I use to practically beg him to stop drinking it, even after we separated but kept in touch. He often said he felt like he was having a heart attack and his heart would feel like it’s beating out of his chest, lightheaded, etc. I’d tell myself things like, “at least it’s not alcohol,” but... 🤷🏻‍♀️
