There are many things wrong with this 1- Bears are hibernating 2- Black bear will not hunt you down, grizzlies and polar bears will. 3- Where was the person filming?

@Quimliqer It's a brown bear. The person filming was on a gondola going down. Maybe this bear is getting a late start.
