I Love Kfc

I used to love KFC it was always a super treat. But is it just me and bad experiences or has the overall quality of KFC UK just dramatically dropped? This has happened to me in three different establishments.

Yes absolutely it has. Seems either more greasy or overcooked and the coating has gone hard. Stopped eating it myself.
