I Love Kfc
I used to love KFC it was always a super treat. But is it just me and bad experiences or has the overall quality of KFC UK just dramatically dropped? This has happened to me in three different establishments.

KFC quality has gone down in the US as well. I worked for them in my younger years and it was not a terrible job and we were super clean and quality was important. We were sticklers about the times food sat in a warmer etc.

I agree. The chicken is much worse, taste-wise and portion-wise. Since that is the main part of their full name, fucking up the chicken kinda screws the whole deal, doesn't it?
Had the same problem starting a while ago, with follow-up visits to different locations only providing confirmatory data.
