Yeah...I get lost in my thoughts and forgot where I am sometimes.

@revenant it just happens spontaneously for me. It's when you come out of your mind and follow your hearts lead. Might also help if you set an intention beforehand.

@revenant both can work. Visualisations for me are very fleeting and take me in all kind of directions. Somehow I feel it has a will of its own.
