I Want to Buy a House

Want one bad and done research about a down payment. I just don’t want to wait and save for that down payment. Wish there was a way for me to buy a house without A down payment

you almost certainly need a downpayment, earnest money, if nothing else. but you can likely get away with less than the 20% mark and pay PMI

@JS1992 There are whole real estate agencies specializing in rent-to-own deals. Helps if your credit is good.
