I've to write a business plan and

i was wondering if someone could help me?
I'm a bit lost when it comes to the customer analysis part,to be specific the psychographic profiles?

Psychographic profiles are closely related to the notion of the "customer profile". They are lifestyle, etc indicators attributed to a target market segment. They are a fairly low indicator of buying behavior and should be primarily used for branding and image of the product/service. Behavioral data is your strongest portion of your target market segments.
