If toothaches aren’t the worst pain on earth, then what is?

The only pain that has ever made me cry real tears is a toothache. Excruciating pain! 🥶

Pain from lots of places on one's body can be unbearable. I never really forget each hour of every day when I am not in pain and am grateful for its absence but I know it's not far off and with the healthcare I get I'm fucked.

Especially when you call the dentist and get him or her to send a script to the drug store for enough opioid based pain killer to get you till the appointment. The government with their rules should worry more about patient pain than drug abusers.

@Subsumedpat opioids are the strongest pills ever. I was prescribed some and I literally throw up and pass out every time I take them

@StarletPea sorry to hear but you have an abscess tooth or something like a dry socket from an extraction it is the only thing that will touch the pain. Doctors need to do what they think they need to do instead of having the nanny federal government looking over their shoulder and telling them how to do their jobs.
