How do I greet a stranger in my apartment if my sister already brought them inside? I was in the bathroom when she came in. I can hear a lady's voice. She sounds like an emotional therapist or something. What should I say? "Hello there...how are you doing?, My name is Herman! I am my sisters older brother. Please make yourself at home. :) "
