As one who has hired plenty, I can say that cos are looking for the best candidates for specific positions, and they will respect your opinion that another position is better for you and them.
Don't apply for three or more jobs at the same time. It makes you look desperate.

@iamnikki Once you get in the company you can eventually move to another position if you want, and probably be alot easier if you already work there
