What do you do when people want to add you on facebook, Snapchat and whatever but you're not on any of that stuff anymore?

I want to make more friends in rl, but people just tell me to add their social media accounts. I'm socially awkward when it comes to posting online. I swear this is the only site where I find it easy to use.
