What is a great gift for a 19 year old yong man?

I was going to get him adult heelys but he has epilepsy and could get into a serious accident...I was going to get him a percolated ice bong but he already has 3! I can't afford a new gaming computer right now.....he recently got a ps4 which games are really good, I could get him a couple of new games for that but I want a really cool gift....any ideas?
