What do you eat out of a can?

I don't eat anything directly from the can, but I eat a lot of can soups and fruit.

Do you mean, straight out of the can or from a can into say a saucepan or skillet?

I like going to Walmart for a big can of jumbalaya mix, a couple cans of black beans and a pack of hot sausage
