had the Cockroach exterminator over

Been there done it. When I moved into federal government housing there was bedbugs here to welcome me. All the neighbors knew the previous tenants had them, therefore management knew also but was too lazy to do anything about it.

They did pay for the exterminator after I made a complaint which was a visit every two weeks three times. That worked for one year, then my weed dealer laughed how his brother has them and he visits every day. Of course I got them back acting stupid allowing him in my apartment.

He was evicted eventually and I rarely allow any of my other neighbors in. I haven't had any for three years now. Good luck and I hope everything works out for you

Cockroaches are by far and away, the hardest insect to exterminate.

For centuries, they've been smashed, bashed, mashed, crushed, trampled, and even... Stepped on.

And just when you've gotten rid of one, at least 10 more come to take it's place.

And no matter how many times you flush them down the toilet, they're crawling back up the bowl, drying off their wings and trekking across the lid.
