When do feel vulnerable ?

I feel most vulnerable when I need to ask for help.

Isn't feeling vulnerable a good thing? It stops you self isolating and means you're not complacent with where you are. For years I fought against vulnerability and I'm certain it retarded my development.

I’m not sure I’m ever not vulnerable. There’s always a sense of being so, it’s just balanced by a faith in resilience.

If I'm sick and I'm home alone.

When I’m in a good mood

When I drop the soap on the prison showers. Happens darn near every day!
